My wife and I observed a single black triangular aircraft, with no lights and absolutely no sound traveling in a straight line from the NE to the SW. We were outside talking and relaxing in the back yard, admiring the stars and the full moon. There was not a cloud in the sky. At first, when I saw the aircraft, I assumed it was a very large turkey vulture gliding in the sky. Then I realized it was night time, and how quickly the aircraft was traveling in a straight line. We were able to watch the triangular aircraft travel through about half the sky. I noticed the aircraft from the tree clearing behind us to the North/Northeast to over the roof of the house about 30 feet away towards the Southwest. We can't say if the object was 200 feet above us or 10,000 feet. We waited and expected to hear exhaust within a several seconds of it passing but we were surprised that we heard nothing. I can estimate that the aircraft's angular diameter at about about 3 degrees. I am an amateur astrophotographer in my spare time, and I have never seen such an object like this before. I always have an explanation for what is in the sky, but this was very different. My wife takes very little interest in astronomy but she seemed pretty shocked at what she saw.

While mowing my grass, I noticed the sound of a loud jet engine. I looked up and noticed a fighter jet flying over and circling my neighborhood at a low altitude. I ran in the house to get my phone to take a picture of the fighter jet. Upon returning to my front yard, I looked off into the distance to locate the fighter jet. At that time, I noticed a round object hovering off in the distance, near the fighter jet, at a very high altitude. It was visible to my naked eye, but when I zoomed in to take a picture of the object, it would not show up on my camera. I continued to watch it hover for about 30 seconds, with no apparent sound. The sphere then darted to the right, made an immediate stop, and hovered for about 5 seconds, before it darted back to the left the same distance and continued to hover. At this time, the fighter jet was not visible and had disappeared off in the distance. After hovering for another 5 seconds, motionless, the sphere took off across the sky at an incredible speed, covering a great distance in a very short period of time, and disappeared beyond the tree line of my back yard.

I was driving a big transit passenger bus southbound on Route 9 in a rural farm area with low lying corn fields and no bright street lights ...off in the southern sky moving towards me was a bright orange flaming object ..it was moving south to north, which meant it would pass directly over me ...as it got closer, I could see that it was low flying on an even flight path of around maybe 2 thousand feet ..the flames surrounding the object were similar to a candle flame dancing and moving which concealed the object inside the flames ...inside the flames it appeared to be a wedge shape object that was very bright whitish in color ...this passed directly over me as I drove under it, while having a perfect view out of the big front windshield ...it was slow moving and remained on a steady path of flight ..the flames seemed to be a characteristic of the craft, not a fire caused by accident or entering atmosphere ..these fireball craft seem to have fire enveloping ! them even when flying low and slow.
