The report, as filed
A group of us watched one large center light brighter than the surrounding 100 to 200 other light formations in the sky. 2 planes flew near the objects over the duration of the event. Each of the smaller lights slowly gravitated towards the bright center light until they became one. When they all connected it grew very large and bright then slowly drifted down/away from our vision. The lights could be seen if you were facing east.
