The report, as filed
Last night they returned. In the wee hours of the morning. I'm not sure of the time. I woke up briefly and noticed because it was brighter. Bigger. The blinking lights were clearer. It was also farther to the left this time. I wake up a lot every night. This is the first time I've seen them return. This was viewed from the village of Cedar Rock.

Bright blinking lights hovering over the blue ridge mountains. This is not the first time. They do not appear every night. Sometimes they'll skip a night or a few. When they appear they hover in one place for awhile. They'll move higher occasionally until we can no longer see them in the frame of the window. They are usually gone by 11PM. Viewed from the village of Cedar Rock.

Red and green flashing... Near center of town and then came around bernhardt and then went behind hibriten mountain and left

It was a white cigar shaped craft you could clearly see it had no wings. There were just one of them. Also, it made no noise no after boom or whatever, was completely quiet outside first time seeing anything like it. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
