The report, as filed
I went out to my back yard to look for my cat. I received a pair of night vision goggles for Christmas for sky watching, so I brought them with me to help find the cat. It was a clear beautiful night, so I started looking at the stars. After 3 or 4 minutes I saw what I thought was a satellite traveling west to east. I quickly realized it was too big, too bright, traveling too slow and it was flying way too low to be a satellite. I watched it as it traveled straight over my head. I pull the goggles away and could not see it with the naked eye. It started to get a little bit brighter and then faded away and just disappeared. As it was fading away it became transparent before disappearing. The object was not the ISS, which was visible from the witness's location at 8:47 p.m. (local), but which was visible in the extreme northern sky. Also, not an Iridium "flare." PD

Was walking dog around 11:35 pm. Bright red light caught my eye I would estimate at 2 to 3 thousand feet high. Watched it slowly move across sky glowing red and sometimes orange. As I'm watching, wondering what the heck I'm seeing, it suddenly disappeared, as if it slipped into another dimension, like flipping off a light switch it just turned off. I stared at the spot hoping it would reappear. It didn't go into a cloud because where it disappeared there were no clouds, just starry sky. Very exciting and interesting. Don't know what it was,,,but I saw something and it vanished as I was looking right at it! No sound at all, completely silent.

I was walking from the store where I usually get food and stuff I need for the house. I am 17 and I do not drive so I walk there and it is right across my house so not a far walk. It was 8:48 exactly when I started walking back and then I looked up in the sky as I usually do because maybe I might see something or just look at the stars or moon, however, I noticed a blinking white circle just stationary. Then I noticed a fast-moving circle moving towards the white blinking circle. I took out my phone and started recording really quick and when I watched it back I was amazed that the white blinking circle was now red and then changed white and back to red and then would go completely away, but zoomed in you could see it's there. Also when looking at the circle that was moving towards the blinking circle I realize it was moving in a straight line the whole time and it was changing colors from blue to green and maybe some other colors. And when you zoom into the red circle while it is red it looks like it has some type of energy coming out of it I do not know anything, but I know for sure I saw a static circle blinking white and a white circle moving towards it super fast.

Observed 4 hovering orange lights in a triangle type formation while I was driving on rte 462 in PA looking SE beyond the Mellinger Mennonite Church.

I stood up and started to see oval lights swirling above me shooting in every direction moving with no restriction I was in shock they vanished I stood there for approximately 10 minutes in shock and as the shock was starting to wear off they appeared again and I was shocked again but I called for my step father who I had just previously told what I’d seen and when they appeared again he was there to see it longer then my clip shows because I was in shock again at first but I snapped out of it and grabbed my phone…this video doesn’t do justice what I seen before this but it proves i wasn’t crazy the first time I am visibly shaken at the moment and still in a state of disbelief but I know believe more than ever this is honesty the second time I’ve seen something but first report I ever filed I don’t usually do this type of thing but I’m in shock

On or the night of September the 21st 2022 I was outside with my nabor and a row of lights aparoch in a 45% pattern over are house their were about 75 lights in total but they flew one behind the other it was a string of Lights that flew past are house the we're no higher than 100feet above are house .they just glide in the air without a sound I'm still mind boggled by this sighting I'm not sure what this was but it wasn't anything are military has..
