around 01h00-02h00, driving through mountain range meaning no street lights, there was an orange light following our car. I have previously seen shooting stars and high atmospheric lights that dart across the sky but this is the first time I noticed 1 following us. I noticed it when driving and when we swapped drivers, I watched it more closely. It maintained relative speed to the car and was lower than typical star. I saw it move from right to left side of the car (I was sitting in the back at the time and literally watched it move across the sky behind the vehicle on a straight stretch of road). It disappeared before we hit the town/streetlight section... I told my husband earlier what I had seen and he says he also saw it
