Le mercredi 29 octobre 2025 à 19h27, un témoin en extérieur regarde vers le sud/sud-ouest. Une lumière blanche fixe apparaît soudain à l'ouest, " émergeant derrière le feuillage d'un chène ". Sans clignotement, sa " luminosité est comparable à celle de Vénus ou d'un avion ". Évoquant une " réflexion lunaire ", le témoin indique que cette lumière " a semblé révéler une forme plus large : un rectangle gris sombre à noir ". Il tente alors de filmer la scène. La consistance* du témoignage est jugée bonne : le témoin principal fait preuve de précision et fournit des croquis avec le phénomène vu sous plusieurs angles. Cependant l'exploitation technique de la vidéo fournie s'est toutefois révélée impossible. L'hypothèse principale examinée est celle d'un dégazage (fuel dump) du deuxième étage d'une fusée Falcon 9 lancée ce mème jour. Chronologie et dynamique orbitale : Le 29 octobre 2025, SpaceX a procédé au lancement d'une fusée Falcon 9 depuis la Floride à 16h35 UTC (17h35 heure légale française), emportant 29 satellites Starlink® sur une orbite inclinée à 53°. Le déploiement des satellites intervient environ 55 minutes après le décollage, soit vers 17h30 UTC. Le deuxième étage entame alors sa seconde révolution autour de la Terre. L'observation depuis Argol (Finistère) survient vers 18h27 UTC, soit 1h55 après le décollage. Cet horaire correspond aux opérations habituelles de passivation (vidange du carburant résiduel). Ces dégazages créent des panaches très lumineux en haute altitude, visibles à grande distance lorsque le satellite est éclairé par le Soleil alors que le sol est dans la pénombre, condition remplie ce soir-là. Concordance avec d'autres observations : Le mème phénomène a été rapporté en Irlande entre 18h25 et 18h35 UTC (point brillant, halo diffus, déplacement lent ouest-est, silence). Il a également été observé dans le Finistère, à équidistance de Sizun et Landerneau (à une trentaine de kilomètres d'Argol), le mème jour à la mème heure. Concordance géométrique (aspect visuel et direction) : Depuis Argol (29), le phénomène apparaît à l'ouest et s'éloigne vers l'est-sud-est. Cette trajectoire correspond à un objet en orbite inclinée à 53° passant au nord du témoin : orientée globalement d'ouest en est, sa projection dans le ciel breton forme un arc du nord-ouest vers le sud-est. En Irlande, plus proche de la trace au sol, le déplacement est décrit d'ouest en est, ce qui reste cohérent. L'aspect géométrique décrit par le témoin - notamment la perception d'un " rectangle sombre " accompagné d'un point lumineux fixe - apparaît compatible avec plusieurs mécanismes perceptifs connus intervenant lors de l'observation nocturne de phénomènes lumineux inhabituels. Les descriptions "structurées" d'objets Falcon 9 au crépuscule sont extrèmement fréquentes et documentées. Les croquis fournis par le témoin sont cohérents avec ces descriptions connues. Cependant la reconstitution informatique effectuée par le témoin accentue les formes et augmente l'étrangeté. La concordance de l'observation avec d'autres témoignages proches (500 km) à la minute près, avec une trajectoire commune et azimuts similaires, indique qu'il s'agit bien d'un phénomène situé dans la zone orbitale. L'étrangeté perçue par le témoin était forte. L'étrangeté résiduelle après confrontation à cette hypothèse apparait faible pour le GEIPAN et en conséquence, ce cas d'observation est classé " A " : observation du dégazage d'un étage du lanceur SpaceX - Falcon 9 - Starlink 10-37 - SLC-40 - Cape Canaveral SFS - October 29, 2025. *CONSISTANCE :Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. Out walking dog, saw bright flashes in the sky. Took a couple of videos and still photos but can’t find the object in the still photos. Hard to discern the shape. It almost looked like flat mirror spinning. San Diego. [NUFORC annotation: Balloon - Possible]

I was walking down Guadalupe Victoria St. Heading west, from the central plaza area. Looking to my left, I glanced at a radio tower decorated with many rows of vertical colored lights for X-mas. Then, a brightly glowing amber object caught my eye. It seemed to be stationary. It was too big and oddly shaped to be a star. It was too slow to be a plane and too close to be a helicopter, because there was no sound. I realized that it appeared stationary, because it was slowly moving the ssme direction I was (west).I stopped walking and realized it was moving in relation to some power cables in front of me. The entire object glowed amber, but bright street lights prevented me from verifying the exact shape. The gendral shape of a diamond or an oval - but from top to bottom, not side to side. After about 2 minutes, it looked similar to a bright star, except for its bright amber glow. By then, it had floared, or drifted closer to the mountains and street lights further down the street blacked out its image. It was at a 15 degree angle in front of me when it became no longer visible. There was no fireworks show tonight as there was 10 days before, nor any exploding bottle rockets ( which locals claim are chur h related). The bottle rockets don't stay aglow. They only explode. The object was a glowing object, not a mass of sparks. It maintained a uniform shape till it headed due west, beyond view.

3 videos available. One Video it's Coming to my house. Next video it's there for several seconds LOUD BUZZING . 3rd video GONE Like Nothing. In the videos you will see a Shed. In the shed is Myself doing Laundry during the Appearance of the Object. While I was in the Shed doing laundry I did Not have the washer on only the Dryer and I heard a Loud HORRID Buzzing Noise. In my area there are Vehicles with Loud Exhaust also Polaris's and Various Country Vehicles but you can see in the videos there is no traffic at all. If you look to the Let of that shed you will see my home Stops a Street with a Stop sign. When I heard that Horrid Sound I thought it was a Vehicle just Idling there like some kind of 18 Wheeler or something but No because look at the Date and Time at night. My videos are only 5 Seconds I'm afraid. I captured them on my Blink Security System so I hope that is ok? One more thing.....in the video you will see a Street Light in the property. Street Lights are Yellow and all the same Amber Like Tone. The Object is so blinding in the video I can only imagine what it would have looked like if I had enough Light to turn the Color on the Cameras on. It was too Loud to be a Drone and way too Bright to me so let me know what you guys think. Also one very last thing....in the videos you will Notice dogs in my property they are the Neighbors dogs and they took off in two different Directions in those Videos on my property but those dogs across the street where that light appeared.

It was recorded on a ring, flying low. It was more of a triangular shape. The object moved at reasonable rate so I thought until I saw the duration of time that passed. I also have screen shots.

Myself, along with four other adults and multiple children witnessed an upside down pear-shaped object. The object was on a straight line trajectory coming from the south and going north/north west. It was moving at approximately 30 miles an hour, and maintained the same altitude and trajectory from the point of time when it entered to the time it exited line of view and exited our line of view. It was very clear that the object didn’t have any sort of wings or propeller system. The object also made absolutely no sound. The object also never deviated from its course in either direction or altitude. It looked like a black colored object and wizard right by us overhead. There was no shiny or metallic color to it as in a mylar balloon. It was also small. It could not have been more than 4 ft in height and diameter. Original report said it was 20 "years" away. Perhaps they meant yards?

we went on an excursion with NCL to the Raptor Center, Sitka National Historical Park and Fortress of the Bears and somewhere in between them the photo I took is where it was. I never saw it with the naked eye it was not until I started working on my photos that I saw this on a photo. I have 2 photos taken 1 min. apart and it only shows up in one photo. Looking in the west facing sky. A diamond shaped craft in very bright white light appeared out of middle of sky and dropped to a stop hovering for 30 to 45 seconds then just vanished. Upon arriving home did see in sky a similar shaped light just stop and moved very slow

Driving west on wildcat canyon road in Lakeside Ca, I saw a Brite white diamond shaped craft appear in midsky dropped down and hovered for 30 to 45 seconds then just vanished. Upon arriving at my home about 20 min later in La Mesa ca I noticed a white orb moving and diapering in sky the a similar diamond shaped craft with brute white lite in western sky just staying stationary for 15 min then vanished. Note if you called me I mistook your Washington number for a telemarketers So please call again Thanks

It was diamond shaped, high up in the sky, and kept hovering up and down, left to right, diagonally. It was far to high in the sky to be a drone, it didn't go on a trajectory the way a plane or satellite or even shooting star would travel. This thing was hovering. At one point it shot up high in the sky and slowly came back down. The lights were shining what looked like orange/green/purple and bright white. My son says he saw red/blue/bright white. IT DID NOT SHINE LIKE AIRPLANES DO meaning each colour 1 at a time. This was shining all the colours at once, not blinking green then orange then purple, it was all at once. The movement was irrational. And it went from my southern sky on one side of this downward pointing arrow constallation to the western sky, on the other side of this constallation. It zoomed to the west and back so quickly, i leaned forward and ripped the screen off my window, from the force of my head going right, trying to follow and just as quickly was back in the south area. It stayed in its "grid" for lack of a better word, hovering left, right, up and down, and the only time it didn't stay in the same grid was when it shot to the west, and periodically, maybe 10-12 times in the 3 hours I was watching it, it would shoot up high really fast then come back down at a slower speed, sometimes coming back down diagonally. I've seen airplanes in the sky, I've seen different satellites and I've seen shooting stars, bright red balls, all fly in the sky in my 44 years on this planet. This thing was NOT moving in a trajectory. It was going all over the place and stayed there the 3 hours I was watching. I ended up going to bed around 7:15, it was still there but the sky wasn't as black, it was starting to get grey and the things was still brighter in the sky than the stars. I swear this to be the truth, on everything I hold dear in my life. I'm scared. I've never experienced something like this and I see weird but explainable things in the sky often. I tried using my tablet to capture videos but my tablet is not great and it just looked like a star in the sky. I can say this however. It did NOT look like the videos some people sometime post where you see an actual structure in the sky, unmoving with lights. This looked like a star in the sky, but the lights and the colours were like no other star in the sky. It was at least 5 times the size of the northern star and at least 10x brighter. This thing was very bright. It made no sounds that I could hear, it did not land or anything like that. It just kept hovering in different directions, sometimes stayed in place, brightly shinning lights, and occasionally going really up high and slowly coming back down. Only once did it zoom in a blink to the west and back. Please note that although it was technically hovering like a drone, no civilian drones ive ever used or seen, goes that far up in the sky and would shine that bright when that up high. Like I said, this thing was much brighter than any star in the sky

I was driving to work and noticed a green light flash in the sky as I came up a hill before Lake rd turn, it flashed twice and appeared to be on the "nose" of a large diamond-esque shaped dark craft that was very low in the sky, much lower than a small plane would fly, it was maybe 10-15 seconds and it just vanished. It didn't propel forward, up, or down, just vanished. There was an 18-wheel truck headed north at the same time that braked heavily at the same time I did but then proceeded on. I slowly turned onto Lake Rd but didn't notice anything else.
