Bright light in Eastern horizon 30 degrees above horizon. Brightest light in the sky. Binoculars revealed pulsing and flashing green and red lights. Never moved from position. Was not celestial. Observed for 30 minutes before disappearing behind cloud cover.

Port St Lucie, FL

One shiny white sphere in the sky moving in a general N to S direction. It was a partially cloudy sky and the sunrise was reflecting off the surface of the object. A small plane flew near it moving at a much slower pace. Immediately realized it was not a plane or helicopter. It moved into clouds and did not reappear.

Was driving home. Saw what looked like a red ball moving upward. I pulled out my smartphone and started recording. As I continued to look I noticed it had a tail coming from the back. It almost looked like a shooting star but instead of coming down. It was going upward.
