Location: -69.764 44.263 ( Rte 9 N, Chelsea ME, just before Skyline Dr., per ME Geolibrary) azimuth: due north, true north. Elevation: 6 degrees. Brilliant glowing green-white oval streaking vertically downward during space of 1+ second from elevation 6 degrees to elevation 2 degrees, disappeared behind tree line. Long axis of oval est 1/3 degree arc.
