The report, as filed
I was in my back-yard working in the yard, around 3pm on Friday Aug 24, 2018, when I heard a helicopter fly above, and looked up. To the right of the helicopter (helicopter was heading west) I saw a round object moving slowly thru the sky heading north. The helicopter didn’t appear to be chasing it, as it just flew by and kept going west (though quickly fell behind the house/tree line so I don’t know if it turned back towards the object while out of my view.) Very rough guess, but comparing to the helicopter that was at about 1000 feet, it had to be comparable in size to the helicopter, maybe slightly bigger. I live near an airport, and see helicopters a lot, this was just an average size common helicopter. (local news and police take off from there, and it just looked like the standard news or police copter, nothing military). This airport is a Maryland National Guard base as well though (in Middle River Maryland.) The object was slowly moving to the north, while slowly rotating. Would say approximately 1500 to 2000 feet in the sky. It was circular in shape, but if you think of it as a burger, it was round with a small bite taken out of it. As it rotated, the side without the “bite”, it was reflecting a lot of sunlight off the top of the object. As it rotated the “bite” toward me, it was reflecting much less sunlight. That was how I could really tell it was a spinning object, but indented on one side (i.e. the bite). It seemed to make a full rotation every 10 to 15 seconds. I could not take my eyes off of it, kept trying to rationalize what I was seeing. After 2 or 3 mins, it finally dawned on me to pull out my phone and record some video. With the bright sunny day, I was having a hard time seeing my phone’s screen. By the time I adjusted the screen brightness, got my camera app open and looked up, it was gone. With how slow it was moving, I would have expected it to still be there. I’m so upset I did not take out my phone sooner. It had to have moved quickly out of view, I would say it took me about 30 – 40 seconds to get my screen brightness adjusted, and get the camera app open, and look back up. It could not have been a plane, it was moving far too slowly. A plane would have fallen from the sky at that slow of speed. I did not see any helicopter blades on top, no wings, nothing. Between 2:14.53 and 2:42.51 AM an image appears in front of my house in the night sky. It is initially faint in appearance but gradually gets clearer. It fades again but appears sharper at the end of the first 46 second video. In the second video, 2:42.51 AM; the image/object appears to stretch out and separate.

I returned home around 2:30 am & in my window saw 1 aircraft that I assumed was a plane. I watched it for several minutes & when it continued blinking colors I grabbed my binoculars & saw that it was not a plane. It had stopped moving when another craft appeared near it. I woke my partner up & we ended counting 3 crafts near, but not next, to each other. They were amongst/hidden by clouds for a couple minutes, however, you would still see the lights. After watching for 30 minutes we witnessed a bright light shoot vertically from in between 2 of the aircraft’s down toward the ground. The light disappeared & we had not heard a sound or any news reports. We watched them for a total of 3-4 hours before fall asleep. We assumed they remained in the sky.

I was at work, up on a extension ladder, assisting a co-worker, who was up on a steep roof painting a dormer. My job was just serve as a “weight” so he would not fall. At some point, I saw an object flying at high velocity, flying toward the northeast part of town. I told my co-worker about it, but he could not turn around on time, plus he thought I was messing with him. Then, I stopped seeing the object, mainly because my sight started seeing “dots” in sky! The one thing I am sure I saw, was an object flying very fast. It wasn’t a plane (it was too fast), I wasn’t a paper. It did look like that TicTac ufo that was reported by the Navy video that I saw on TV. Everything lasted less than 20 seconds.

We were outback celebrating and I notice some bright lights in the sky. I started recording because I didn’t think they were stars like most people thought. I usually look at the sky at night and never saw those before plus they were moving slowly across the sky. I counted at least 10 lights. 3 in the front in a somewhat line, 3 in the middle shaped like a triangle, 2 in the rear spaced apart a little further and 2 small one blinking over top.

Sitting outside after an event, I looked up and saw several lights , not blinking , not flying like any aircraft or drones. No sound. The lights were in a loose straight line formation, then the first 3 formed a tight triangle, followed by the next 2 sets of 3. Then they started to go loose straight again before I lost sight of them. Several witnesses, maybe one got video, I am not sure.

Saw this in the sky from my deck off of my kitchen. It was just shiny, so I snapped a pic and when I zoom in, it's not a plane.
