Roughly a week before this I had this experience. I was outside at roughly 10:45pm, looking up at the sky toward the south east when I noticed two dots of light moving very fast toward each other. They were very close to each other. Just as they would pass each other their lights went out. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
