The report, as filed
I was out side on back patio having a smoke when I herd this ungodly noise sounded like an animal but also electrical as well like a electrical transformer malfunctioning. Then me and the Witness’s wifi and phone signal went out. We hand to turn phones on and off to fix. Shirt after the noise I noticed the ball in the sky seems to look like a star but it’s brighter then anything else in the sky. And was not facing north so wasn’t the northern star. So I took pictures from a exact point. And waited 15 min and took a pic agin to make shore I wasn’t seeing things but it was moving slight movements almost evading me filming it. And we both had this horrible feeling as if something was wrong. Almost a fear it just felt like something really bad was going to happen. And my eyes would not stop tearing almost crying basically but I was fine. My dog actually started freaking out and barking and wouldn’t allow us to stay out there alone as if he felt the danger too.
