The report, as filed
On approximately June 4th, 2018, at 00:30-1:00. As I was driving home on route 1 towards my home in Green Hill Rhode Island, coming from my girlfriend's house, I saw a bright light flash across from sky to my left, I didn’t think much of it until. I look to my left and there is a disk shaped object with four large bright yellowish lights following me over the trees on the other side of the highway. I got pretty freaked out and stopped on the highway and it stopped as I did. I decided that it’d be better if I kept driving home all the while it was still following me. After about 7 minutes I got to my exit and it shot across the highway and flew out of sight. I am a 19 year old cook at a restaurant near my house, also I am an Eagle Scout. It was early darkness when my dog started barking loudly inside my house. I assumed it was an animal (deer, rabbit, etc) that she could sense outside (I had no outside lights on when she barked). I flipped on the outside lights and saw nothing, but when I looked up into the dark starless sky I saw a small, blinking, yellowish light traveling in an odd pattern,like it was randomly surveying the ground. Elevation was about 2,000 ft. It made no sound at all as I went outside to view and listen. It flew no traffic pattern consistent with the state airport or the small local airport. Rather, it made a smooth turn to the east from the southwest, and continued out toward what would be the Atlantic ocean nearby. The blinking was orderly and not random and the speed was rather slower than regular aircraft. I lost sight of it as it proceeded east to the ocean. Dogs are able to pick up odd vibrations and subtle sounds much more than humans and I do pay attention t! o what my dogs 'see' and hear.

At this location (Perryville section of South Kingstown) date and time I went out to my back yard with my dog to close the bulkhead door to the cellar. I looked up, as I always do out of habit, and noticed what I thought were two stars close to each other. Then, the 'star' began to move slowly and steadily due south. The elevation was very far up, maybe 25k feet. It did not flash and was a kind of reddish color. I thought it might be a satellite because it was not on the usual flight lines for my location. As I watched it head south toward the Atlantic ocean I noticed it either eject a small white light or the light flew from it. The light was white and tiny but stood out against the night sky. It seemed to zig-zag then quickly faded out. The reddish light continued south until it too faded out. The sky was mostly clear with many stars visible. No sound was heard from the object.

While driving home from the beach area on the south coast of RI, clear, sunny, blue skies, I saw what at first looked like a C130, which is often seen flying the area days and evenings from the Air National Guard Base at Quonset Pt., North Kingstown, RI. I noticed something very different about this one. It appeared that a tube or cylinder was just underneath the fuselage. Both were grey in color. 'Plane' was about 5k feet in the air, flying due north from the ocean in the south and was about 2 miles from me. I took off my sunglasses to take another look and it looked the same. Some kind of cylinder was either attached or flying just under the plane. The plane flew somewhat faster than the C130s usually do at low altitude. I watched it closely until it was out of sight . No noise was heard, no lights seen. It was cold out and my windows were up. I've seen the C130s many times but this looked different...almost like a double image. This area is the same place I witnessed two huge UFOs low in the sky one night last July.

While driving back from a beach bar on the ocean in the Matunuck Beach area of South Kingstown on Moonstone Beach Rd, I noticed two sets of odd lights low in the sky. The lights were bright white and in the shape of a slanted wrap around type. One craft was higher in the sky than the other and that one appeared stationary. The second identical set of lights was lower in the sky and closer to me...about a quarter mile from me. The lower set of lights was moving lower and lower and then banked slightly as it came toward me. There was no sound at all. I had the feeling that the lower set of lights/craft saw me as I was driving the car on the rural back road as I drove home, about 4 miles from the beach. The oddity of the wrap around bright white non blinking lights was startling against the dark empty sky and a bit frightening as they were the only lights in that otherwise dark sky. The moon was out but in a different part of the sky. The lights were 'just th! ere' as I rounded a bend in the road. The lower set of lights came closer to me, moving very slowly and smoothly. I could not make out the shape of either craft as that was totally black..only the lights of each was visible. I have never seen anything like it before. The lights were over farmland and fields at that point. I stopped my car to observe but when I saw it approaching me I continued to drive, thinking I would see them as a different point of travel. I lost sight of them as I headed to a more residential area near Rt. 1 and Moonstone Beach Rd. I should have stayed and observed but I was too nervous as this one craft seemed to head right for me. I drove to my home not far away and scanned the sky but could no longer see the. The Matunuck Beach area has been known locally as a 'hot spot' for activity. I have seen several other UFOs in my lifetime but never anything like these two craft. No other lights were visible on them...just the two bright 'halogen' like ligh! ts that seemed to wrap around the craft. I knew the lights were connected to the same craft because as the closer craft banked closer to the ground both light remained in the same relation to each other. The craft came from the west and were headed east. I hope someone else saw them and may verify my observation.

Cold, dry night with plenty of stars as I stepped outside to go to my car. I looked up, as I always do at night, and saw a star like object slowly moving from NW to SE. It was dim at first, but then suddenly gave a very bright flash, while keeping on the same course. It then dimmed out, but I could still see the dark outline, like a coal cinder. It then became bright again but not as bright as the flash. It then dimmed out to the cinder like object until obscured by the tall pines in my yard. I have seen this type object several times before over the years here; same course of travel, more or less, which is against the normal airline flight path, which is SW to NE heading to Warwick, RI's, Greene State Airport. No sound was heard at all. This was less dramatic a sighting than I've had in the past, but decided to report it anyway.
