The report, as filed
On 2-25-18 at 19:06 on us-62 W near Gould, Oklahoma, a glowing light appeared to be hovering over the town for about 15 min. The glowing light appeared to be shining on and off and only 1 light was visible. The sky was clear with no other objects visible. The shape was circle with a whitish orange color. After 15min the glowing light disappeared. I did get a video and photo.
