The report, as filed
Just after midnight, on 11/12/2017, I took my dog outside. I noticed red, blue and green pulsating lights in the South Eastern sky over Mount Livingston. The object was stationary and did not move. I retrieved my field glasses and viewed the sphere like object. At one point the object seemed to have an opening in the bottom. The intermittent light pulsated red, blue, green for the 15 minutes that I observed it. The object seemed to have different sized craters over the whole surface with the lights pulsating from it about every second. Witness later reports object was star, Sirius. PD

changing light sometimes with a burst of light. may have been two or splitting in two. sleep by same window each night and have been looking at the sky, first time I have seen this.may reddish sometimes. shot video through window. Bright green-blue flash light up in the sky, there was no sound. The power was out for about 30-45 minutes before this happened. Towards the Livingston Peak. Another was sighted towards Clyde Park as well. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

the night i saw this i was on my balcony, it was a clear night, and i saw 3 crafts, or 1 the repaired in different points in the sky. each craft, or single craft moved in curved patterns, and were small lights, i knew they were not planes, and had no flashing red lights.
