The report, as filed
Was outside smoking a cigarette when I could see a 4 pointed diamond circle which flashed the colors green,red,blue at a fast rate it was almost as high as a jet but was not moving. i thought maybe a helicopter but it sat there for 5 minutes flashing and vanished. It did not follow the normal helicopter patters.

me and my 2 roomates were on our balcony, just gazing around the sky looking for the moon on a clear night, i came across multiple "lights" or white glowing orbs in the sky, i observed them "zipping" around almost like a mouse cursor on a computer? i told my roommates who also are seeing these 2 glowing orbs fly around in the sky, as we are watching them move in circles, stopping, accelerating, and we even seen a plane fly over, as the plane was flying over it was pretty high up i'd say, we could barely see the tail light flash of the plane, and the plane gets into the area of these "orbs" one maneuvers behind the tail light of the plane for a few moments, and proceeds to follow the plane, it then shoots off to the other side of the sky, almost like it was curious? i observed 2 "orbs" maneuver away from the airplane one in front of the plane that looked to "narrowly miss" the front of the plane as it took off extremely fast to get away from the planes course, another one flew towards it but then flew away as the 1st one maneuvered behind the tail light, we observed them for a short while after then we could no longer see them.

I saw the object and began watching it taking photos and videos. It did not appear to be an airplane and it did not appear on the FlightAware app. It was moving in a straight line and was circular, shiny in color, reflective and there was only one. I’m not sure what it is but thought it was worth reporting. In the video an aircraft flew somewhat close by perhaps someone on board is a witness. I did call earlier and I spoke to Peter Davenport about this.

I thought it was Mars at first because of the orange color but it was a little too big and slightly moving around the longer I observed it. My husband saw it as well but thought it was stationary. I disagree, but he said it was due to work fatigue. I focused on it to double check it and there might have been a secondary yellow or white light right next to the orange light. I think if the light was a craft of some kind then the second light was on that same craft. [NUFORC annotation: Planet/Star - Possible]

A green light traveling faster than any aircraft that could be this low to the ground. at night and it was dark. no noise but it was out of sight in a blink of an eye. again too fast for anything to be traveling that low to the ground.

This was seen from at least a half mile away, while driving on interstate 540 from bellavista going into Bentonville. I pointed it to my kids thinking it was a blimp with massive lights on the bottom... strange though as the formed a perfect triangle. The lights on the bottom were set on straight rows at least 15 foot by 15 foot by 15 foot. These lights were all white, and on each row there were at least 5 or 6 lights that were clearly individual lights. My kid attempted pictures while I was driving but the first was black and second was blurry. I suspect possible military craft but doesn’t make sense due to perfect shape would not be condusive to long distance travel. As we approached closer the craft began to move after being completely stationary for 2 minutes and crossed the interstate and headed toward bella vista fairly quickly. Thinking military or private owned.. so large maybe someone built there own thing and was riding on it? We confined! on our trip toward Fayetteville. 4 witnesses... kids suggested a little haze when it moved. Definitely clear no haze when stationary. Was walking the dog with my son, when I noticed a blue light that was illuminating the sidewalk. I checked to see if my mobile phone was shining on the sidewalk and realized that not only was it off, but the light was all around me and was coming from above. I looked into the sky and at cloud level was a stationary blue ball of light. Within a second of my viewing it it shot off across the sky at unimaginable speed, leaving a trail of light behind it that lit up the clouds in blue light as it passed over them. It appeared to travel 50+ miles (I'm guessing that is the distance of the edge of the horizon at eye level) in less than a second. It was amazing.
