My fiance and I observed several blinking lights hovering almost like they was watching us. We fled the scene only to see we couldn't leave them. Also so a bunch of stars gathering together to form some type of 3D looking object that moved from right to left very slowly. The lights that followed us had flashes of red in them sometimes. Maybe Drones, but why are there so many?

The objects hover and sway with the wind direction they are 2 hovering objects that appear each night on the circumference of each hovering object. There are four lights at 12 3 and 9 o’clock respectively they appear to be balloons in appear every night if the cloud conditions allow them to be observed, this location is relatively close to fort and garden army cyber security base
