The report, as filed
Travelling west on I-80 near Exit 48, I observed two oval white glowing objects just hovering above the tree tops it was for approximately 3-5 seconds then as the car travelled the trees came into view. It was at approximately 21:40 hours. It appeared that one of the craft was in distress because it was blinking and the other was not. The were very close together.
