The report, as filed
The craft was observed travelling northeast. It maintained continuous light, brighter than any star or other heavenly body. The light was the utmost white, clear and bright. As it moved, and shortly after our noticing the craft, it faded its light to darkness. No movement was then observable through its last known trajectory, and further none could be discerned from point of reference tracking.

Did not see in person, security footage picked it up. One slow moving oval shape light with tails crossing the western sky over Lewiston Idaho. When zoomed in on the object, you can see it pulsating. Never disappeared during the recording. Did not appear to move in a straight line the entire time. Original video is on security system that I installed at my place of employment.

On the morning of September 23rd, I woke up at 5:30 am for school. When I sat up in my bed, I looked out my window and saw a strange light in the sky. I, at first, thought it was a star or planet, but upon further inspection, it seemed unlikely. It was very bright, either emitting light or reflecting light from the sun. It seemed too close to our atmosphere to be a satellite or space station. I zoomed in with my phone camera and turned the exposure down to take a closer look. There seemed to be a circle within the original circle I was seeing, with an outside ring that was brighter than the rest of the object. It looked either white or slightly cream colored. After, I left to get ready and the object disappeared after the sun rose. I continued to see this object on September 26th & 27th and October 3rd & 24th. On the last day, it was seen earlier at 3:54 am. It also seemed to be hovering/moving around in the sky before settling in a place.

The object can be clearly observed between seconds 16 and 20 as it passes by our house last December. This was recorded on a security camera that faces our a window, looking towards the East.

I feel I should report what I experienced even if I believe it was a lucid dream. Few years ago I woke up one night to an intense buzzing like everything was vibrating and a other worldly blueish white light. I walked to the front door looked out the window and seen 3 crafts stationary.1st was 3-4 feet off the ground 2nd 20ish feet and the 3rd was 40-50 feet up. I was overcome with fear I pounded on the wall to my neighbor while yelling but there was no sound but the buzzing. I grabbed a knife thought to myself don't open the door but couldn't stop from doing it . As soon a I touched the door knob I woke up in bed confused. I asked my neighbor if he heard me pound on the wall he said no. The crafts looked to small to be piloted but I did feel a presence.

I was out delivering papers at 5:20 a.m. pacific standard time in Lewiston, Idaho today February 10, 2016. I happened to look above me as something caught my eye moving across the sky. At first, glance I knew it was something incredible that I had never seen before. The size, shape and color of light it produced looked as though it was a satellite like so many I had seen before moving across the night sky; but it was very apparent that it was not. The reason being is that this light producing object had a very distinct ring around it. The ring could be described as something like a bubble, halo or a type of force field around it. The longer I watched it the more interesting things got. The movement seemed to slow and as it did, the ring became larger and larger until it seemed to dissipate except for the right side that looked as though it was shooting air or some kind of gas from within the object. The only conclusion I came up with is that it was some sort of toroidal or merkabah vehicle where I was seeing the energy being created by the craft shoot out and surround itself with it. Very fascinating it was!!
