The report, as filed
From 2:00 am to around 3:30 am, there was an orange light that was hoovering. I thought it was Mars, but then it danced and shot diagonally into the sky before returning into its original location. ,When I got binoculars out it looked like a plane with the wings offset. It did not have lights, it was the light. It was a deep orange color. After 3:30 am, I finally went to bed and never saw it leave. It did not reappear the following nights. It was pretty odd. also have time lapse photos of the strange orb seen next to the sun. looks like it may be 3 orbs but they are peeking thru the clouds with the sun coming out.

while coming home from a camping trip in Tahoe on alt 95 just before entering Yerington I caught a glare from something in the sky (it almost blinded me as the morning sun reflected strongly off it). I looked to see a silver cylindrical object hovering about 35 miles south west of Yerington. The object quickly vanished from my view.
