The report, as filed
Flashing sporadic white light at seemingly very high altitude. Moved in different location each flash, flash lasting about 1 second each until eventually moving behind some trees. Although this event occurred close the the 4th of July this did not at all resemble any firework I have ever seen. Source of the report elects to remain anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
