Light over On way to Fort Worth on 121 from Frisco, TX

A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.

The report, as filed

Bright light shot up into the sky, and paused for a moment. Imagine a sheet of rubber band material, you pinch the center and pull it back and release it. That is what the light looked like before it zoomed off into the sky. Like it bounced through the fabric of space and time. It was such an oddly bright white light, too. It was too bright to get a real look at the shape of it. A second or two passed, and then it happened again. Like another ship following the first. It zoomed into space in the same exact way.

Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #168231). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

Ask for the records

What would the paper say?

For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
