Cross over Ragley, LA
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
My husband, who does not believe in UFO's at all, was out feeding the horses around 10:00 p.m. He had finished and was standing facing north when something caught his eye. At first he thought it was a large insect but it had a glow to it. He rubbed his eyes thinking there was something in it. The object hovered about 20 ft in the air in front of him and then zipped right above his head. When he raised his head to look at it, the object made several zigzag motions and then zipped out of his sight into the woods next to our property. The object made no sound at all. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #132360). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
