The report, as filed
I have Stargazer app and nothing was in the area. THEN this moved up and down, and East to West! Then seemed to be stationary out over lake in the North East sky about 45 degrees up and faded in and out.. No clouds… Disappears for a while, and it is back right now. I have three witnesses and left messages with channel five and 19 in Cleveland.

Did have white lights. Shape seemed off for life flight too. Also no red and white flashing like life flight Was definitely also not a plane with the height, shape, and speed and no sound. Unfortunately, we were too busy being dumbfounded to stop an video it.

I met some friends at a local winery. we had two drinks and on the way out we stopped to look at the stars and we saw what looked like 3 stars moving in single file. At first I thought veunus was the space shuttle since they were moving near it and it being the brightest object he moving stars gave me this illusion briefly. as we got our bearings we saw the objects that were about as bright as a star in the sky were moving. As we watched more were traveling in the same line. we counted 11 all perfectly spaced apart all going the exact same speed in a perfect straight line. They did not appear to be going super fast but they were high up. They never deviated from trajectory never changed the spacing that was equal. It was an amazing thing to see.

line of lights moving west to east less than a quarter mile from lake erie. in under one minute there was about 20 or less lights in a row moving in a straight line heading towards lake erie. The middle light would get really dim then get bright and kept doing that. Space Link satellites. PD

2/23/15, 8:30 pm. Madison/Perry/Painesville, OH. My son and I saw a very large triangular formation very low in the western sky. Three bright whitish lights seemed to change formation from a triangle to an L-shape and seemed to appear as one light at times. Difficult to estimate size, maybe as large as a football field; and maybe a mile away at first, then it would seem closer, then move farther away again. It was very erratic in shape, and distance. It was probably more than one object. We got in the car and followed it as it moved slowly northward toward Lake Erie. It made no sound, and we kept losing sight of it due to the tree line. We finally lost sight of it close to Painesville over Lake Erie near the Perry Nuclear Plant. The sky is clear tonight and the quarter moon was quite high above the formation. This thing was too large and low in the sky to be a plane or helicopter. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
