Over Coast of Ocean City, NJ 20:30 hrs on going. 1 light appears dims moves slightly brightens dims to disappear 10 mins or so reappears brightens dims. 5 minutes reappears but now brightens dims to left and repeats 6 times

While out on the beach at OCNJ 8th street at after 4am but before 5am on 9/14/2023, I was looking out at the ocean and sky with PVS7B military surplus night vision googles. Observed plenty of planes, satellites, shooting stars, birds etc. (normal stuff). I was on vacation and was sober. I use these goggles all the time… it was not an artifact in the tube. Witnessed / noticed large light (large dot - larger than plane or satellite) coming from direction of ocean and passing directly over head at probably high altitude and very high speed. I have no idea if it was visible to the baked eye. I tracked using goggles from my first spotting to crossing over my head and over land in just a 2-3 seconds. (Estimated hundreds and hundreds of miles) This object was moving very fast and that is why it caught my attention. This blew past any satellite etc by at least 10 times speed. After passing over at a high altitude it stopped dead in the sky for a second. I was shocked! It just stopped. There were then a series of 3 maneuvers lasting about 2-3 seconds total from point of stoping. First it arced to the right, then down left, then up right ( each in a small arc), stopping dead each time for a brief faction of a second, then it when it accellerated up and right for a split second it was gone. Possibly a slight trail when it left (maybe). These maneuvers could not have been performed by any man made or natural phenomenon I am aware of. It was very shocking to witness this, made my hair stand up on the back of my neck . I ran in to tell my wife what I witnessed. I had searched for it in the sky by it was gone. If I would not have been looking at the sky over the ocean when it appeared, Im pretty certain I would have missed it. No sound, no trails, no flashing, extremely fast, only one solid dot (green in NV IR). Not a drone! Unknown if it had lights. Was just one large dot.

I was standing on a roof top deck looking east towards the Atlantic Ocean. The house was 3 blocks from the water. I observed an unknown object moving from near ground level to high in the sky. There is a separate object with what appears to be a white blinking light near this one in the clouds at the highest point i witnessed. The object moved slowly at first, accelerating to a high speed moving over houses then back towards the ocean. Directions changed as did apparent height. Speed went from a standstill to rapid movement then stationary. The object had red alternating green light. Red appeared to be circular and 2 thin green posts. The video was made on a Galaxy S20 Note. The quality is not great.

Over Ocean City New Jersey, 4 identified lights seen, first 3, no red airplane lights blinked, no sound, at least 4 to 5 miles away, black with lights aligned in perfect measurements first were 3 close to togeather with minimal blinks then a blink and the 4th light aligned i say on clock was about 1 oclock on a clock and at least from ground 3 miles away and from ground up i say was 15 telephone poles up so that about 60 ft times 12 up in air. they hung in the sky, blinked minimally, no red airplane lights attached only bright lights with no shape to a craft at all was black then a blink a 4th perfectly aligned up hanging up high in sky the bay at my back. as i watched then a blink zero lights then behind where they stood fire work burst. Were they drones, ufos or military maneuver i dont know but was cool and not seen any posts recently for ufos in ocean city but was a family members wedding and that itself was cool. the wedding photographer took pics or v! ideo i dont happen to know their name nor did get pics. The janitor at local motel i stayed at also was them at a bus stop watching with the local police so what was this? We heard no noise, no funking colored lights, no noise, no red lights for our airplanes it is required they have them it had none, only slightly blinked to call in the 4th light to line up then blinked for the departure or total darkness odd fireworks happened 3 minutes after so was this drone military or ufo? I have no idea not like usa milirtary plane did not chase them away or anything, no flashy light maneavers in the sky they just were there about 1:00 oclock on clock with the bay my back and not over the ocean even seemed be over part ocean city. no shape no sound no color just round bright lights so aligned perfect looked mathematical larger then orions belt but close in measurement to ping pong ball in sky and 4 them confirmed this is very different the fire work burst after was cool but odd. eve! n drones must have lights and colored this had only bright whi! te light s no colored at all no lights facing the ground no sound no shape oddest thing in world for Ocean City September 14, 2019 abotu 10:00 ish night 1 oclock in sky direction have no idea just that bay was to my back at wedding reception on dock.

We were sitting on the beach looking up at the stars, it was a clear night. A shape resembling an amoeba floated overhead and came to rest above the ocean, about 300 feet up. It immediately changed into spinning orbs of white light spinning counterclockwise. They spun for several minutes then just disappeared. Did not fly away. Just disappeared.

red and green flashing lights object moved in and out of clouds and stopped then just green lights flashed. object moved around and both red and green lights flashed. it stopped and then left. tried to capture it on camera and it did not appear in picture. it was as high high up as a plane would be.
