((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Hello again, Mr. Davenport! The precise date was last Saturday, July 16 2016. I cannot be too precise about the time ... it was between 10:00PM and 11PM. For certain it was not after 11PM (I was on the balcony with my father during the sighting, then he left to watch the 11 local news). That Saturday, I helped my sister packing (she's moving to her new house), and I was very tired. I didn't come home from my sister before 9-9:30PM so the time I went out on the balcony must have been between 10:30PM and 11PM. I forgot to mention that the spheres were quite big (my father was able to see them, his vision isn't too good). Bigger than, let's say, the lights attached to the wings of an airplane. Their size, color and movement had caught my eye. Since that evening I searched the net to see if other people have had similar sightings (red spheres). I found a couple of video clips, with different dates and locations, only in them the spheres were blinking. I didn't know about this kind of spheres before I am familiar with the UFO phenomenon, actually, I had had another sighting many years ago, not in the States. Mr. Davenport, if you want the exact location/position of the sighting, I can give you my home address. With Google Earth you can access my street, which has at one end the highway wall (the sighting was above the wall, the spheres appeared from behind the wall, then disappeared only to reappear again, a couple of times). I live in an apartment building on the 19th floor,I was watching tv when a bright light blue light caught my attention out my window.when I looked out the window, I saw a white bright orb with the light blue haze trail around it zoom by the top a building across the street from me,it lit up the entire roof of the building it was so bright.

Wife and I saw south of Prospect Park Brooklyn for at least a minute before filming. Clear and low on the horizon. Video shows something inconsistent with flight patters. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Certain]

It was raining and there was a lot of mist or fog and the Empire State Building was lit up and had a nice pinkish glow to it so I took 4 pictures of it while waiting for a light at 5:34 on Feb 4th (was on the way to a social gathering). The first picture was in portrait mode and brought the image too close, so I went to photo mode and focused on the Empire State Building and took 3 more shots. The second and third shot were a 1X magnification and the 4th was a closer magnification. The next day I checked the photos on my iPad and I saw there were 6 white orbs around or beyond the top of the Empire State building. The 2nd and 3rd pics were a few seconds apart and it was apparent the orbs had changed positions, possibly moving NE and their relative positions had changed and the brightness changed slightly possibly as it was heavily misty. I did not see them in the 4th picture or the 1st picture. So this all passed over in probably less than 30 seconds. The glare from the Building light was so bright I didn’t noticed the orbs at the time and I can understand why this might have not been noticed by anyone on the ground.

I was walking southbound on the east side of the boulevard. I saw a round orange light going on a northerly direction. It was not very high. There were no flashing lights, green on the right wing and red on the left, so I knew that it was not an airplane. It had no other flashing lights so I also knew that it was not a helicopter. It made no sound whatsoever. It was also moving faster than an airplane or helicopter. Since it looked unusual to me I took out my phone to take a video. I did this even before I realized that it was not making any sounds. The route is used by airplanes going to land at LaGuardia Airport but you always hear the airplanes and see the flashing lights. There some low hanging clouds and I also noticed that there was not the straight beam of light you see at night when airplanes have their lights on. The next day I was walking northbound and an airplane went by. I couldn’t see it because it was goofy and musty but the noise was very loud and unmistakable. This was no airplane or helicopter. I have tried to attach the video but is not happening.

On the evening of October 15, 2021 and previous evenings, I notice a hovering white round shape light with no movement and no sound over the Hudson River. This object has been viewable from my apt window on W. 60th and Columbus Avenue when I look in a south and slightly west direction. Also, the object just disappears and doesn't fly off.
