Two bright balls of white light attached by structural beam or wing. Appeared to be crashing or impacting to ground. Very high speed of travel. Power outage at intersection of 80 and 270. Possible hoax, we suspect. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous, and provides no contact information. PD

Urbana, MD
While laying in a dark field in Urbana, MD, my girlfriend and I witnessed an object that appeared east of the star Deneb. It was white like a star at first and I happened to notice it moving. I began watching it closely and did so for about 45 minutes. In that time, we witnessed it flash brightly, then flash to red. It also looked to have wings of some sort, although we saw it only for a moment and had to wonder how we were able to see it since it appeared to be very distant. It seemed to move very quickly in one direction, then stop. Then it moved in odd patterns and circles. I’ve never seen anything like this in 30 years of star gazing. Very odd.
