Driving west on Rte 11 in Gilford, NH, arouond 10:25am on Apr. 29, 2016, I saw a grayish- silver bright object falling like a meteor to the ground to my left. Maybe a half mile away. In the vicinity of the intersection of Rte 11 and Rte 11B. Only lasted a couple of seconds.

We were traveling South on the bypass outside of Laconia in Gilford, NH, when we noticed and orange ball of light off to the left. This ball was floating about 500 feet above the treetops. Soon we saw more following in a pack and there were a total of 5 orange orbs. Silent as they floated along. They were independent of one another and floated in various directions yet as a pack. These were watched by us for 10 minutes until they disappeared behind tree lines. Time of sighting is flawed. We will contact the source to confirm the correct time. PD

Me and a friend were camping out on the shore of Paugus Bay, by a cemetery next to a supermarket named Shaw’s. It was Labor Day and several boats were out that night. The sighting occurred sometime between 11PM and midnight. Everything has quieted down and the people on the bay had all docked their boats and left as far as I can remember. We weren’t supposed to be camping where we were, which was just a small piece of land on the opposite side of the tree line from the cemetery. I was sitting there when something in the sky caught my eye. It was a large orange ball moving in a perfect line from north to south. The only object I can use as a scaling reference is the moon, which was nearly full that night. It was about 1/3 of the diameter of the moon and was pretty far above the horizon. Suddenly, it stopped and just hung in the air perfectly still. Then after about 15 seconds it disappeared. Not faded out or flew away but disappeared. Like it was a light and someone flipped the switch. I’ve never seen anything like it.

I was driving home from work in Sanbornton going to Gilford, NH, and saw 4 lights in the sky, 4 light formations, flying, hovering, merging together and then coming apart, seemed to be making some sort of pattern in the sky with its movements but it was not a 100% consistent pattern, it changed slightly each time they merged together and came apart. Not sure if these lights had something to do with the motorcycle Bike Week Event going on in town of Laconia, NH. Maybe they were just some light reflections of some sort, that I was seeing, coming from another source, I am not sure. The description makes us wonder whether the witness might have been observing advertising lights. No other reports PD
