The report, as filed
Approximately 3 PM on April 16, 2016, looked into the sky and saw four oval objects in the sky moving from west to east in Eastern Jefferson county moving into Waukehsa county. The objects were white with a translucent outline. The four objects were not making any noise and seemed relatively low and not very large in size. The objects were consistently in a V shape and seemed to be moving in a circular motion. The objects were very close to each other, but no moving parts. I saw the objects against a clear blue sky for approximately 20 seconds but they moved over the tree line and I could no longer see them. I was one of two individuals who saw them at this time.
