Me and a friend were watching tv and the sky over the water was lit up then we saw these four bright yellow spheres lighting up and then they would turn the lights off. They moved up and down very slowly with lights and then without. The lights were very bright. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
