The report, as filed
We saw a bright light with a blue pulsing strobe that approached from the south and appeared to hover over Blue Hill Bay. After approximately 30 minutes or less, it vanished. It was a very clear night with a sky full of stars. There was absolutely no sound coming from this object.

Blue Hill, ME
A small triangle of lights, flickering in what I can make out as white and blue, possibly red. Object has stayed in same location for 10+ minutes. Possibly more than one, vision was obstructed by woods, object sighted well above treeline.

Appeared to be a green fireball with a tail shooting from the east towards the southwest into Blue Hill Bay.
