The report, as filed
On the night of Nov 7th, my 2 sons and a friend of theirs walked out our house to the back yard, and when they did, they shouted, "Oh my god, what is that thing!?" I ran outside to see what was going on, and in the sky over us was a large glowing blue orb thing, with a huge circle of haze around it. The blue was an intense, ultra blue. And it was night, so the sky was black. As we watched, the orb lights seemed to be moving VERY slowly, which I guess was an indication of it being pretty high in the atmosphere. The part of the scene we saw slowly dissipated until we couldn't make it out anymore, and the circle of haze around it disappeared. Our friend called her grandmother who lives on the outskirts of Ramona to see if she witnessed the event, and her grandmother said yes she had been watching it for a while. She said before we saw the orb thing, she had seen some type of explosion out of the light, and she said she thinks the blue orb and haze were a result of the explosion. And the full event was over an hour. While we were outside, I heard our neighbors all around us freaking out over the orb and they were taking pictures too. And my kids also saw a green line on the orb, but I couldn't see this with my poorer eyesight. I did capture a bit of the event on my cell phone, but it's hard to see because it was dark and the object was not extremely bright. I awoke early morning of Sunday, April 23, to use the restroom. While walking to my bathroom a very bright light outside the window occurred, followed by a sharp sport light being directed by something from above my home. When done using the restroom, upon returning to my bed the same sequence of lights lectured from outside my window on the other side of the house. Very bright, coming from above, and certainly being directed by someone or something. I live in a rural part of the country outside Ramona, it is very dark and certainly was not car lights or something else. I was quite frightened and was not about to go outside and investigate as I am not armed or ability to protect myself. It was as if, something was trying to lure me outside. This was not a natural phenomenon, the light was extremely bright, intentional and being directed. I am even days later, contemplating what this was and from whom. I know in my heart these lights came from above, and from a UFO, which was completely silent as my window was open. Scary to say the least, and waking up all hours of the night these days wondering if it or they will return. I retn a room in this house in Ramona and will be returning to my residence in WA the end of June.

Looked like a white object floating around the Cresent moon for awhile then started drifting away. Real bright. It could of been a balloon but it seemed to big and Bright to be a balloon.

This string of lights was moving faster than a jet aircraft would at what appeared to be a comparable altitude. The string consisted of 20 - 30 lights that remained horizontally in line with each other and moved in complete silence. The movement of the row of lights appeared as though they were attached to each other by a single string. The wind was coming from the east and the lights were moving west. There was no noise at all and the lights were white with a similar intensity of brightness as the surrounding stars. They were too low to have been a satellite.

Ling string of lights heading south east that appear in orbit. Various brightness for each of the lights. Moving at a steady pace like a satellite. Checked SpaceX site for location of there satellites space link. They should not have been in the area. Looked like them though.

Lights went out in my neighborhood. West end of Ramona, CA. After lights went out there was a very bright flash/explosion of white light near the ground on the north end of Ramona. No sound and no sirens. Only one other person (neighbor) saw the light. SDGE reported over 3000 without power but no explanation, no discussion about the bright light flash/explosion. So, what happened?

Lights went out. Went outside and entire neighborhood was dark (no power). Saw a very bright flash of white light toward the north side of town, originating lose to the ground. There was no sound. No sirens. I reported the light and only one other neighbor reported seeing the bright light too. Nothing on the news or Twitter even though over 3100 homes without power for a few minutes. ?
