The report, as filed
Driving north on 83 past Timonium this afternoon, clear skies. Something "pulsing" in my peripheral vision got my attention. When I looked directly at it there was something in the sky pulsing between complete transparency and a dark metallic color. By the time I got my phone out I could no longer see it (and nearly crashed). Due to the odd nature of it, I couldn't tell size or height but it was unlike anything I have seen or know to exist. It was definitely not the white blimps over APG that other people seem to report. My mind is kinda blown over this. If anyone has seen similar, I'd like to talk about it.
