The report, as filed
While walking my dog at about 10pm I noticed a red "star" in the NNE sky as I was looking at the beautiful star lit night sky. As I watched this "star" I noticed that it was not red, but it was infact just a bright star...then it turned green, then red then back to white. I thought it could perhaps be an aircraft traveling toward me and that is why it looked like it was stationary but then it moved slightly to the left (about an inch in my view, which could be many miles in the sky) then back to the original position. I went and got my daughter to come out and look at it and it did the same thing while she was with me....turned red, then green, then clear for a while then moved slightly to the left and this time up then back to the original position still changing colors. I even got out binoculars and while it still looked like a star I could see the color change easier thru the binoculars than with my naked eye. Not saying this is a! UFO, but it was definitely something strange....it stayed in the same spot for about 20 minutes (except for the 2 times I saw it move) then I went inside. I do not know exactly how long it had been there or how long it stayed after we went inside. There were planes in the area as we live about 15 minutes from the airport but this didn't move like a plane and looked like it was farther away then when the planes fly over.

The craft were stationary as I watched a small plane pass them headed to the airport - they hung in the air in a non- equilateral formation of a triangle- I pulled over to take a picture but by the time I got the car pulled over and turned back to look they were gone. I am a professional who was headed to work a little after 8 am. I have never had an experience like this before - so startling as it was in bright morning light- and I felt I saw them clearly

On 10/13/21 at approximately 8:35 I stepped out of my house to get some air. As I looked up in the sky I noticed a small yellow light appear and as soon as it appeared it streaked across the sky going north. I tried to see where it went but clouds where moving in. I then noticed in the south another small light appear and then another from out of nowhere. Both lights danced in the sky for several seconds and they streaked out of sight heading north.

Reporting an observed anomaly in the Southwest Sky between the moon and the star Arcturus. There were two lights which appeared to be bright planets such as Jupiter or Venus stationary about two lunar diameters apart. They did not move but simply began to dim and then vanished from sight. I am an amateur astronomer and fairly familiar with the night sky. I knew there were no planets visible from my location at that time, yet these initially appeared to be planets. The entire event duration was between 10 and 15 seconds. I checked the Heavens-Above website to see if there may have been iridium satellites visible from my location but did not find any. This remains a mystery to me especially since there was no movement which would preclude most logical explanations.

I leave for work at 7am and was excited to be able to see the passing International Space Station scheduled for that morning at 7am coming in from the NW direction over my house to the SE. As I was scanning the sky toward the NW I saw this white cylinder craft moving exactly like the ISS and I was so excited because I've seen hundreds of night ISS sightings but never one in daylight! It was just hanging there, moving along, very large and white against the blue morning sky.....no sound and no contrails.....so I get in my car and as I'm driving out of the driveway it hit me....that wasn't the ISS because it was moving the opposite direction of the sighting information! This craft was moving from NE to SW. I stopped and could still see it floating on away. I got 2 pictures of it and as I am researching the images online I find a ton of people with pictures of the same thing just seen at different times, in different years. They are calling it a Tic Tac s! haped craft. I don't know what it was, but I KNOW it wasn't any type of jet or airplane that I see going over my house on a regular basis. It wasn't up as high as the big jets that cross over my house but it was higher than the small planes that cross over my house.

On the date and approximate time, I was informed by a friend that he and his girlfriend where observing a chevron shaped object in the sky. I went outside and looked toward Lynchburg Airport and observed 2 V-22 Ospreys getting ready to land at the airport. I noticed it had become completely silent in our neighborhood but when I let my two dogs outside they became skittish and refused to come out. I looked toward the north and observed another fairly large chevron shaped craft with multi-colored lights about a mile from the Ospreys. The planes went from going in to land to going back up and heading toward the craft. The ospreys where heading north to chase the craft but the object picked up speed and was gone out of sight. I witnessed this for approximately 10 minutes after this I started to hear the dogs in our neighborhood bark and both my dogs where no longer skittish. I have spent 13 years in law enforcement and have never seen or witnessed anything like! what I saw.

Driving down the road and see a Very long black silhouette Flying Through the sky Pulled over to see if I can hear a jet Noise but it wasn't making Any jet noise this it was quiet and blending Into the clouds. Definitely not a plane.
