Driving down 111 in Pontoon Beach and saw coming from the southeast sky orange lights in a non stable formation. They continued for about 15 mins. They were moving north and then disappearing. After a couple mins they were coming up about a min apart over the horizon. Last 1 was at 846. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
