I’m not the owner of this photo. The picture was taken last Oct. 9, 2015 in Trece Martirez, Cavite, Philippines. The picture is vivid and i don’t know if it has been edited. Though the owner insists that this is legit. You will be the judge. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
