The report, as filed
9/23/15 – 9-9:30 PM – Bright white, red & blue lights hovered at approx. 2-3K feet over the western sky near Churchville Va. for 20 minutes then slowly moved west into West Virginia. First observed by my naked eye, then with binoculars. My wife and I both observed the object. We are college educated; in our late 50’s and hold professional positions in our fields of expertize. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
