The report, as filed
Orange Gold in color, multi lights that moved east in a strait line with some wobble. there was low cloud cover and was hard to tell if lights where moving in and out of clouds or did they just turn off and on slowly. It second time I seen these lights, other time was 07/04/15 moving south.

Round blurry amber/orange object hovering silently moving left then right then towards us then away. It seemed to be a few hundred yards away. No pattern to movement, then it suddenly began to move very quickly away to the west and disappeared. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
