The report, as filed

We have seen a sphere-shaped unidentified object that changed light (several lights around the sphere) from blue to white to red, staying on the same place till disappearing on the sky and reappearing after 40 seconds and re-disapearing for all, no sound only some dogs sounds not moving at all. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
