The report, as filed
My son and I where having a fire. We live on the edge of town and noticed what at first site appeared to be a bright airplane flying at cruising altitude. This bright light was Northwest of our location when first sighted and traveling east. The light then began to make a relatively sharp turn to the South. The brightness of the object as well as the turn it was making was enough to capture my focused attention. The light turned South and then stopped, when the object stopped it was South East of our location. The object appeared to remain motionless for at least a minute. The brightness of the object did not seem to substantially change from the moment it was spotted until it was last seen. It did seem to pulsate but the relative brightness remained the same as far as I could tell from when it was NW of our location to SE and appearing motionless. I regret to say, I looked away at the fire for about 5-10 seconds, if that, and my son exclaimed, "It's Gone!". I looked up in disbelief, since I was just looking at it and it was so bright, and it was gone no sign of it whatsoever.

When I reviewed clips the following morning I saw what at first appeared to be smoke moving in upper corner, at 11:01pm Thursday then like there was an object which appeared to move into position and stop. Clip ends as no further movement. Then a clip at 6:09 ct Friday when I let my dog out. The disc is still present in that clip. I’ve tried to figure out what it might have been to no avail. Never seen this on camera before or since. While it appeared to be just north of residence, I assume it was far in distance as others would have been out and about still and don’t know that anyone else saw it. It did send clips to family members trying to get what explanation they may have. Was thinking something military maybe?

Top left corner of video, towards the end you see it leap after a second one appears or maybe just how the craft travels.

Observed a round craft with blinking lights, then seen a black rim of light, this craft went into this black space and disappeared. After that all I seen was stars where this object was.

Two oval shaped brightly lit craft passed very low over the river, low enough to create a wake in the water below. There was a loud and low hum which grew in intensity as the craft went along the water way before turning sharply upwards at an almost 90 degree angle. They went up pretty high and sort of hovered for around 30 seconds before vanishing entirely. Lots of dogs barking until they disappeared. was coming from the northwest side of Bismarck traveling east when I seen two lights at an angel one higher than the other stationary over southeast bismarck then it moved sideways in a northeast direction without sound. Couldnt see anything more than just the two lights, but it was close to the ground more than a plane. I dont think it was a drone. It gave me the creeps.

was driving and off infront of me up towards the trees, I seen a cirle like thing with three green lights, and within seconds it was gone! unbelievable!
