The report, as filed
Eating dinner at the "Circular" restaurant in Hotel Hershey. At 9 pm I witnessed 4 lights that appeared to be a start of a firework display-however as one light went on-another followed and another and another. I finally said, "What the hell is happening outside?" Then all 4 lights shut off and vanished. The next moment 3 aircraft (fighter planes) positioned themselves in a triangular shape to appear as if to "corner" the suspect lights. As they "cornered" the lights -nothing was there. It was as if the fighter planes were chasing air. After about 5 minutes of circling the area, the 3 fighter planes took off.

I was on the "Kissing Tower" ride at Hershey Park (a rotating observatory elevator that rises high) and took a bunch of photos with my phone in quick succession. I viewed the photos after, and in the direction facing the Hershey factory, two to four shiny objects of an upside down triangular shape could be seen high in the sky that appeared to be flying in formation. They changed position slightly from shot to shot. In the last shot they were partially hidden by the clouds.

Driving North on Bullfrog Valley Rd. I saw a red and white light. This light turns into 8-10 lights of the same. They faded in and out
