The report, as filed
I opened the front door to let my dog out. At the end of our street is a small wooded tree area. An object came from behind the house at the end of the street. It barely flew over the trees and was clearly visible. It was a clear, cloudless night. The object appeared to be oval & made no sound at all, not even a hum. Separating the two levels were long, tall, red & white alternating lights. Before I saw the craft, I heard laughter coming from the trees that sounded like little kids going, "Hee hee hee". As soon as the object passed over the trees, the laughing stopped. It was coming from the north & headed south. Going very slow. The object went straight for less than 30 feet then turned to the right towards the west. When it turned it didn't turn like a plane would, dipping it wings. It just made a perfect, level turn & followed the path of the street across from my house, then slowly disappeared. The next day I saw the owners of the home outside! & I said this to them, "I was just wondering if anyone heard or saw anything unusual last night." And the man said to me, "Oh, if you mean the UFO's, they fly over here all the time". Although we live near an air national guard base/small airport, the object was too large to land at this airport. I know what I saw that night, and it was definitely not from this world.

I have a single frame form my doorbell camera. The loud noise which was unlike a plane (I ama Pilot) woke me up as a whoosh and I had a motion detection on my doorbell camera. This attached photo is the only one clear frame of the object.

I saw 3 ufos on Saturday 11/07/2020. I was off Eastern Blvd in Essex,MD. 1st cigar shaped ufo was all white flying pretty low, just took off and didn't make a sound. 2nd cigar shaped ufo was all white with red stripe around the middle. It came about 20-30seconds after 1st ufo. This was also without any sound and slightly higher than the 1st. The 3rd cigar shaped ufo was all white with black stripe around middle. Now this one was high but I could still make out it didn't have wings or a tail. As the other 2 ufos had no wings or tail. It looked like a flying submarine. I was in shock what I was seeing that I didn't get my phone out until the last ufo came. I aimed my camera at the ufo and took a picture but when I was taking it there was a glare so strong I couldn't see if I had it on my camera. Well I guess I didn't have it in my frame because I didn't see anything but blue sky when I went and looked at it. The 1st ufo was so close, I know what I saw and it ! wasn't any plane!!! It was as clear a sky as there can be,no clouds whatsoever. I just arrived at my destination to work. I got out the truck and looked up to see a cigar shaped craft that seemed to have just taken off because it was very low. The craft was all white and looked almost like a submarine in the sky! The 2nd craft followed,as soon as the 1st was out of my sight the 2nd was there. It was a bit higher in the sky than the 1st, and was all white with a stripe of red in the middle. The 3rd seemed to follow formation with the other 2,because they to be spaced apart perfectly. Within 30 seconds of each other. The 3rd was all white with a stripe of black in the middle. Each craft was a bit higher than the last was. But I cannot stress this enough, that these were not airplanes! The crafts had no wings and no tails on them. I was so amazed with what I was seeing that I didn't get my phone out until the 3rd craft and tried to take a picture. But the suns glare was so stron! g on my screen that I thought I aimed my camera at it and later when I checked to see the pic, there was nothing but blue sky on my pic. Either I didn't aim correctly or the craft wouldn't show up on my camera!

On 04 April, 2015, at approximately 2100 hours, (9:00 PM), in Essex Maryland over looking the Chesapeake Bay, near Heart and Millers Island and viewing the night sky, the following was observed. A very bright white circular light was observed traveling from the south to the north. The object was at a great altitude, unknown as to the altitude level. The object would resemble the likeness of the planet Venus, showing very brightly in the sky as an example to the size and shape, but much brighter. I would estimate this object to have been traveling approximately 10,000 mph at least. It covered the entire length of the sky in about 15 to 20 seconds. This was not a meteor, as there was no tail etc. This object covered the sky at an enormous rate of speed. In this area and at the time of sitting, is Aberdeen Proving Ground, a US test site for weapons, etc.. Over the Proving Ground was the governments test blimp for the part of the entire east coast. My understanding is that this government test blimp, records and monitors any and all aircraft, missiles etc, and anything in the air over the entire east coast. If so, this test blimp had to pick this object up on their radar.
