Me and a couple friends came home from a party around one am. We were laying in bed, when all of a sudden my friend jumped over top of me and yelled, pointing out the window so I looked over. A yellow bright light was in the sky, about as high as power poles, maybe 50 feet from our window. We watched it for a second before it disappeared around the side of the house. It went slow at first and then shot off. We immediately closed the window. This year, around the same time, another friend was here and he saw it come up to the window. We all did. The light was so bright we couldn't tell how big it was. My friends parents even saw it too. But nobody else ever believes us.

Twenty-year-old reported that she saw what appeared to be sparks falling from a plane. Approximately five minutes later, two more adults witnessed the same thing. What appeared to be orange, yellow, and white sparked falling to the ground from an aircraft. About two minutes later, the same three adults, two additional adults, and three children saw what looked like two spheres split from the first and hover for about 2 minutes. The three aircrafts appeared again in about 2 minutes. It appears that at least one of the crafts circled the area three or more times.

At approximately 9:00pm Thursday, August 27, 2015, I happened to be smoking a cigarette on my front porch, when I noticed a light similar to that of a distant star, but yet was moving. I thought it may have been what at first, seemed to be a high altitude jet flying over the New River Gorge area, yet the more I observed the object it appeared to be flying at a more than normal rate of speed and DID NOT have any flashing light as, you would see with most terrestrial aircraft. As I walked out into the driveway to watch it further a bright bluish white light flashed twice in intervals over one second exactly apart before vanishing leaving no trace, nor light. This entire observation lasted only fifteen second before simply vanishing in the sky. It did not leave in one direction or the other, only ceased to be there.

Then 2 more appeared about 2 minutes later, before the fireworks even began. They hovered for quite awhile then they darted about 30 feet and stopped again. They remained after the fireworks began but completely vanishe within 5 minutes of beginning. They glowed green and changed to red just before they vanished.
