The report, as filed
At around 8 PM on the evening of the 24th - i was pointing out stars and formations in the sky to my grandchildren. In the western sky - fairly low - but above the mountains - was a bright object - second in brightness to the moon - at first i thought it was the planet Venus - but upon observing the light blinked like a star's light and i found Venus in the eastern (sic. Jupiter? Venus is in the western sky, at the time indicated. NUFORC) sky. Upon further observation - i saw a small reddish hue to the lower left side of the bright object. The sky was perfectly clear without clouds, there was no noticeable noise, and the object was not moving. I placed a point of reference in the ground to make sure the object was not moving. After watching some 5-10 minutes - i got my wife and son in law to observe as well. We took a few pictures on the cell phone - but nothing really of note - After observing off and on for 30 minutes - i went to the computer to see what might be so bright in the western sky - and found nothing of note for that t! ime and date. I went to get my camcorder to film the object - came back outside and the object was gone. This whole process consisted of some 30 minutes in duration. I have been watching the sky as weather allowed the last several nights since- around the same period and have not seen anything - except for the 27th - when around the same time i observed a similar light in brightness in the western sky - but higher than the previous night. I observed for about 10 minutes - when i went inside to get the camcorder I emerged to an empty sky again. We are in a rural area with a very clear sky with little light residue. We are also near a military depot - around 7 miles away. A friend observed the brightness in the western sky on the 24th as well - but assumed it was a star and did not watch it for any period.

On November 17th 2019, my girlfriend and I noticed a fighter jet flying West around 1624hrs. To the South, heading North was an odd shaped, fast moving flying object gaining speed to the jet fighter on its port side. The contrails made the jet obvious to identify. The second flying object was oddly shaped in comparison to the fighter jet. The two objects seemed to almost have a midair collision. I took a picture before the near miss and a video after. I failed to get my view of what I believe to two flying objects almost colliding. One was a fighter jet and the other was an unfamiliar craft traveling at a high rate of speed. My logical answer would be a possible drone photoshoot of a fighter jet? That still does explain the speed difference between the two. The jet looked sluggish and slow in comparison. If there was a near miss mid air collision, there should be a report. It may be nothing, I'm not experienced enough to identify the object in the picture and/or video.

On November 17th 2018 witnessed what we believe is a jet fighter almost colliding with a UFO. I email the picture of the before close call and a video of after. I missed the close contact shot. The jet was easily identified by its contrails. It was traveling East to West. The UFO was in the port side of the jet coming from the South heading North. I'm not experienced enough to identify the other flying craft. It did fly at a higher rate of speed compared to the jet. The craft also seemed to fly funny. Almost like a studded before a burst of acceleration. It's possible that the flying object was part of a training exercise. The UFO made the jet look sluggish and rugged in comparison.

My wife and i were travelling east on Route 30 east of Chambersburg, PA, on Saturday 4/29/2017. My wife suddenly told me to pull over on the road because there were two objects in the sky in the proximity of a waxing crescent moon phase. I have seen UFO objects twice in my lifetime before this at least 40 plus years ago. We both looked at the objects while we were facing the west. The two objects appeared to be larger than a planet, saucer/bell shapes in the sky, both were bright with an amber to white hue cast sort of pulsing as they stood at rest in the sky. I had hoped that they would continue to get closer coming eastward to get a better look at them, but after about a minute, the one on the right began to slowly vanish followed by the one on the left then slowly vanishing. There was a slight overcast with very high altitude cloud cover with some clearing. When the objects vanished out of sight, it appeared as though they exited our atmosphere very quickly ! almost straight up and out. Back in the early 1970's when i saw my first UFO, it occured in broad daylight, and actually had time to get my telescope out (50X) and sight in on it, before it quickly raced across the sky many times the speed of a modern military jet aircraft, and vanished as well. I understand from my reading that the USA government does in fact have secret propulsion technology at Area #51 and has had it for years, continuing to unveil this high technology into military uses today. I would not be surprised that the two UFO's we sighted on 4/29/2017 were engineered by our own government. It is very exciting to see these objects, because it doesn't happen but once or so in a lifetime. This is my third sighting in 43 years. Now i must look at the skies every night. My cell phone camera is too cheap, it would not have showed up well, but to be honest i just wanted to see these UFO's with my eyes. My wife was a witness to this sighting as well, but she really did not want to take the time to write her own version of the sighting. It was quick,,,about a minute. My wife and I own a local painting company.

Approximately 02/20/2017 at around 18:30, I was delivering pizza and entered I81 north via exit 16 of Chambersburg, Pa. After about a quarter mile of being on the highway, I happened to look to my left as I was headed north on I 81. I observed a bright light in the sky. I couldn’t see too many stars if at all between the light pollution of the town and the cloudy sky. I was watching the light as best I could because it was unusually bright considering the circumstances. After approximately 45 to 60 seconds the light that appeared to be at a standstill. And then the light appeared to be making a vertical drop as if it was falling to the ground at an alarming rate of speed. Originally it appeared to be a few miles above the ground and dropped to maybe a few hundred yards. (approximately) After it reached to appear to be a few hundred yards above the ground, it came to a stop and appeared to be hovering. At this point, I was coming up to exit 17 of 81 north, when the object began to move again, going towards my left, and appearing to make a movement towards the north east of my position. It made a complete stop again for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, then in an instant, took off at an incredible rate of speed appearing to make a north-western direction from my position, gaining a slight amount of altitude, then it was just gone in a flash. At this point I was approximately half a mile past exit 17 of 81 north. It lasted only about 2 minutes. At first, I was not sure what to think because I have never seen anything like this. Chambersburg is not far from Washington, D.C., and we have multiple military bases in and around our area. I have seen many military aircraft in our skies, but nothing anything close to this. I’m not sure what to think. I am not even convinced it was alien, but I never seen an air craft move like that that fast and be a solid light, as if it was an orb.
