After a few seconds I realized it was moving rather quickly, and obviously not stationary. Due to the color it was emitting, I noted it couldn’t be an airplane, as the size of the object would be way to large to be an aircraft’s strobe lights and there was no green or white light either. I would guess it was also traveling 2 or 3 times faster than your standard jet based on how quickly it was moving away from me. Then when it was starting to near the end of my visible horizon it took a hard left heading northerly with a slight downward trajectory while also to remarkably double its original speed and quickly went out of view. I would like to stress this light was definitely not a reflection from within the cab of my vehicle nor a light somehow reflecting off my windshield. I would estimate this light was originally flying several thousand feet off the ground, maybe 2 or 3 in my best estimation before making its turn and descent. The light it emitted was rather unusual, as it appeared to have a slightly foggy characteristic about it. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

I noticed a very bright white streak of light that was the size of a plane overhead. At first I disregarded it as there is a small airport nearby (Morey Field) and also planes fly by often and Dane County Regional Airport is on the NE side of the county. What caught my attention was not only how bright this sliver was (could say it was rectangular but it was more like a tiny pencil barely having form), but how it didn't really progress as quickly as planes do. It sort of hovered and barely moved forward. I was with a neighbor talking and I moved my vantage point to see from another angle and moved one more house down and it was still there only a bit further away. I asked the neighbor if he saw it and kept giving him directions on where to look in the sky and for some reason he couldn't see it despite it being pretty white. It did lose it's brightness and within less than 30 seconds of me asking the neighbor it slowly drifted NW and disappeared. There was no sound. It could have been a drone but to be that high and bright it was have been at least the size of a jetliner.

At about 10pm on Saturday 9/12/20 my wife and I saw 12-15 very bright lights, bright orange, solid Orange and not blinking, seemed round but only saw light and wasnt able to see structure, moving over our house, from the South, then slowly veering and heading to the East. Very bright lights, much larger and brighter than any aircraft (plane/Helicopter), All moving together in the same direction but their proximity to each other continually changed, no sound, all in our field of view but spread out, not in a line. It took about 30 seconds to 1 minutes before they left our field of view. Not meteors or shooting stars, much bigger and brighter, with no tails or trails of light, not SpaceX (I know what that would look like and SpaceX would be much smaller, and not near as bright, and I think SpaceX would be in a straight line from what I am seeing online). I have been researching online all morning and am unable to find anything that could be man made. They seem! to have been under power as they changed direction and moved much faster than a flare, drone, or weather balloon.

Was looking at clouds through sliding glass door, 5th floor apt., Taking pics because they looked pretty. Decided to zoom and make a video. Noticed dark shape, seemed like a flat disk, at perhaps a 45° angle to the horizon. It seemed stationary for quite a while, then began to move in a roughly westerly direction, then straight down. Lost track after it dropped below the level of the top of the couch in front of the door.
