Sphere over Ipswich, MA
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
After sitting in our car at the beach to view stars three orange lights appeared in the sky. My friend and I, along with two others in a car next to us, exited our vehicles to get a better look. For about five minutes we watched the orange lights move in an obscure fashion and slowly disappear in the sky one by one. We spoke briefly to the people next to us who had seen it as well. No noise was produced.
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #115409). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

We saw two white/yellow orbs flying really fast across the sky, we thought it was just a plane until it flew over us and it was a triangle shaped object, that was definitely not a plane.
