The report, as filed
My daughter and I saw an intense pure unblinking solid white orb streak along the Western side of Route 575 headed N parallel to Route 575 as we drove to Exit 4 on the northbound side, in Cobb County, just south of the Cherokee County line. It was quite low in the sky, roughly at my 10:00, very bright, self-illuminated, and moved in a straight line apparently north, and apparently parallel to the ground. It moved at a constant speed, exhibited NO deceleration and apparently never deviated from its straight-line course. It was shockingly bright against the dark sky. It disappeared behind the tree line across the road after a few seconds. It left a very slight after-image or light trail in its path, which may have been a visual artifact due to it being so bright against such a dark sky. It moved way faster than an aircraft, but seemed too slow for a meteor. It also appeared to be quite large, even at a perceived distance of several miles. In the distance, it was about two mm in diameter, and round. My view of it was perfectly clear and vivid. I was driving 60-65 mph and it blew past us like we were standing still. It was over way too fast to get a photo. My daughter, who was playing with her phone also caught it out of the corner of her eye. It was bright enough to get her attention even though she was playing a game on her phone. She looked up and asked what it was. I was in the car with the radio on, windows up at highway speed and the object was at a distance, so I cannot make any report as to sound or lack thereof.

I’m not sure how to explain it other than I saw them I was in my room and I could hear a loud sound outside I could feel heavy foot steps walking around my bed the light from out side was getting brighter I could feel as if something magnetic was pulling me. My eyes were closed and I was almost asleep and as if something was opening my mouth and looking inside at one point I open my eyes I see the shadow of the outline on my ceiling I looked over to the side and saw something standing there it was small and brown and disappeared as I jumped.

I picked this up on my Ring video cam in my backyard. I was unaware that it had happened until I checked the "motion history" an hour later. There was a linear 6-lights in a horizontal line. It appeared over the trees (50 ft?) at the lower end of my backyard, approached my house straight on. It dipped below my deck, then rose, and appeared to be "looking" in my first-floor window, then it rose to the 2nd floor (bedroom windows). It rose out of sight and did not return. The object was observed moving southeast while directly overhead my position listed above. It was moving at a speed of roughly 60-100mph and was around 200-300 meters high. The size of the object was roughly 20-36 feet long and 10-15 feet wide. It made no audible sound and had no lights but was clearly visible due to its white color contrasting with the dark gray clouds that were in the sky that night. Myself and another witness observed the object for around 60 seconds as it came from our peripheral vision and into full view, then it continued to move southeast in a straight line from our position at a steady pace throughout the sighting.

There were about 3-5 white circular shapes swirling around in circles and then meeting in the middle. They were very light and not very noticeable unless you were consistently looking at them, so it helped that it was already dark out. They were the most visible when they went across clouds. It continued this pattern for about 10 minutes before I went back inside, so there’s no telling how long it was going on. I’m the distance there was one central ball of light behind some clouds, but that may have been the moon. At first I thought it could be a lamp causing it, but it was moving across the sky as I walked so the idea of a lamp is unlikely. Also, I looked around and saw nobody with a lamp. As I was walking, a fellow student turned to me and asked if I saw them too, so I know I wasn’t imagining things.

All surrounding neighborhoods (based on "chatting" input online while it was happening) heard this monotonous sound that encompassed the sky from no certain direction. The pitch remained the same, and volume fluctuated very little (loud). middle tone for the entire time. After approx. 15 min, it stopped. It was dark outside with just a few stars. Looking up, I couldn't see anything, but my full view was blocked by trees and I was uneasy, so I went back inside.

I left my house to make the drive to Atlanta (26 miles) and in the sky I saw a very bright white light. At first I assumed it was an airplane as we live near a small municipal airport, it was too low and large to be a star. As I got closer to the highway I realized the light wasn’t moving. I watched the light hang in the sky for my entire 45 minute drive south to Midtown Atlanta. The light always staying on the left side of the highway. At times the light was brighter, almost pointing in my direction and then it would be duller as if it turned from my line of sight. When I got to my building and up on the 30th floor I walked all around to see if I could get a better look but by now the sun was coming up and it was nowhere to be found. The shape was round in the center like this "O" very bright in the center and smaller lights on each side which initially made me believe it was an airplane. But not moving for 45 minutes; I believe it was something else. Wish I could have captured a picture of it.
