The report, as filed
We were walking to our car that was down the sidewalk and we spotted three red lights moving across the sky slowly. The clouds were red around them so they must have been somewhat low, and too small, to be a plane. We watched them until they disappeared. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. We suspect that the correct date may be August 30th, but we cannot be certain. We have no means of contacting the witness.
