The report, as filed

Around 11:20pm this evening I was driving south on Route 32 in Sykesville, MD, when I noticed strange lights in the sky. It appeared to me as if they had just crossed over 32 and were heading west. I quickly realized I was witnessing UFOs. I turned onto Johnsville Road and got out of the car to observe. It was eerily quiet. There were maybe a dozen of them. They were reddish-orange orbs that appeared to be just sitting in the sky, and then I saw them all move together, but very, very slowly. They all proceeded together in the same direction up Johnsville Road, completely silent, and suddenly all of them disappeared at about the same time. I am not certain about this part, but I thought that the lights turned white just prior to disappearing. I did try to get photos on my iphone. All I have are a few shots of black sky. In one photo there is a bright light in the bottom left corner of the photo, but I am thinking I may have picked up a street light. I cannot be sure, it is quite blurry. Side Note: I noticed my car lights were out when I turned around. I had left them on. Upon starting the vehicle, the lights immediately came on. My lights always stay on a few minutes after the car is turned off and then they automatically shut off. However, when I got home I left my lights on and when I opened my car door all lights shut off. I have to assume something has gone bad in my car and the UFOs had nothing to do with my lights. I am going to see if I can figure out why suddenly all the lights go off when I open the car door. This has never occurred before.

What would the paper say?

For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

Woke up around 4:15 am due to having a bad dream. I look out my window at 4:21 because a semi-loud distant humming is annoying me. I see a blinking light off over the treeline. I watch it for a minute or two until it starts rapidly blinking irregularly then drifts off to the west, still visible from my house. I close the curtains for a second because I'm pretty scared at that point and turn on my TV for comfort light. I gain the courage to reopen my blinds two minutes later, it blinks even faster then becomes a solid light and moves off to the southwest. I used to think all the time I was actually being visited and even though I couldn't film (because I sure as hell wasn't going outside) now that I have concrete proof for myself that UFOs are real, I'm torn between emotions.

Hovered above treeline about a sixteenth of a mile from my house. Stayed stationary for about a minute and a half. Neighbor on other side of street saw craft while out playing basketball along with family member out on porch. 1 oval shaped craft was seen and displayed pulsing blue and white lights upon exit to the west, not quickly leaving but about the average speed of travel as a commercial 757. Asked neighbor if they were able to film it and they didn't. By the time I grabbed my phone from the house and rushed back outside, craft was out of boundaries that my phone zoom can handle but did see it leaving. Opting not to leave identifiable information in information box because of my career in the defense sector.

A big bright blue crystal ball appeared outside of my kitchen window about 50 yards away. The people behind me own 70+ acres of big open land, so it looked like it could have been over that land. It started small and got rapidly bigger, emitting an intense blue light with an aura around it. It made a noise at the same time, sending my dogs to run to the door and bark. The noise was a zing or the sound of a garage door opening (we don’t have a garage) and I thought the power was going to go out, but it didn’t. I couldn’t take my eyes off of this. It last about 3 seconds, then rapidly disappeared. I peered outside and did not see anything afterwards. It was not high up in the sky- it was about tree height. I considered lightening, cop car, firework- none of which it was. There was no other explanation for the weird phenomenon I saw.

For the size/diameter of the body it was moving a lot slower than a jet... it wasn’t a large ballon or a Goodyear blimp, pretty big in diameter and moving slower than a chair and it didn’t have wings or exhaust coming out the back, slower than a jet. Sykesville, MD

On April 27, 2017, at 21:55 time, I heard a loud noise, so I looked and suddenly a disk/saucer started to fly over my house from right to left and continued past the house over the trees and my neighbor’s house and continue further. It was several feet above the house. The disk was very large and round in shape. It was gray and had red running lights on both sides; only in the middle of both sides. The lights were red. Under the saucer directly in the middle was hanging a square black box with a rectangle box attached to half of the square box.
