The report, as filed
He told me he saw two circular lights hovering around the P, on top of the Palomar hill. One light would get brighter (bigger), while this happened the other got less bright(smaller). The lights were a yellow (goldish) color. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
