Formation over Solebury, PA
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
I was with my friend enjoying a night sitting outside. We saw 2 separate groups of UFO' s that both traveled in the same pattern. There were 7 in the first group. They appeared in perfect consistent formation traveling across the sky. They were dots of light. No blinking and they were not airplanes. They then faded and disappeared. The second group had 4, moved exactly like the first and disappeared in the same spot as the first. I took a photo and my preview showed that I captured it, but when I went to retrieve it it was solid black. No images at all.
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #111429). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

Noticed an extremely bright light, just above the treeline. Thought it was a planet or star at first, but way too bright and looked up to see cloud cover and no visible stars. Then it passed over, very quietly, from ~northwest to southeast, very low flying, and very slow, but with lots of lights on the underside. Expect it was a military aircraft of some sort, but haven't ever seen anything fly overhead that slowly - or low - with so little noise. My son is convinced it was a B2, but...that slow? Bright greenish blue flash in sky followed by a very weird loud sound (not thunder). Lit up sky 4 times between 11pm and 11:55pm.
